5. Custom Design Submission Policy
At DyeVerse Ink Creations LLC, we are proud to offer custom sublimation printing services, allowing you to bring your unique designs to life. If you are submitting your own design for printing, please read and understand the following guidelines:

Design Submission Guidelines:

  • File Format: Please submit designs in a high-resolution file format (e.g., PNG, JPEG, TIFF, SVG). We recommend files be at least 300 DPI to ensure optimal print quality.

  • Size Requirements: Ensure that your design fits the dimensions of the product you're ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us, and we'll assist you.

  • Color Accuracy: We use sublimation printing, which may affect color output. Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different on the finished product due to monitor settings and material color.

  • Design Ownership: By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have obtained permission to use it. We do not accept copyrighted or trademarked images unless you can provide appropriate licensing.

  • Quality Assurance: We reserve the right to reject any designs that may not print well or violate any intellectual property laws. If a design is rejected, we will notify you and offer the option to submit a revised design.

Design Approval:
Once your design is submitted, our team will review it for compatibility with the product and its print quality. We will notify you if the design needs adjustments before proceeding with production.
You may receive a proof of your design if necessary, and approval must be granted before we proceed with printing.

Responsibility for Content:
By submitting a custom design, you acknowledge that the content is appropriate and does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse any design submissions that are offensive, illegal, or infringe on copyright.

Design Revisions & Refunds:

  • Design Revisions: If we reject a design or if there are any issues with your submitted artwork, we will contact you with an option for revision. Custom orders are made-to-order, and we cannot offer refunds for rejected designs unless the issue is on our part.

  • Refunds: If the design is rejected due to our error, we will offer a full refund. If the rejection is due to an issue with the file you submitted, a refund may not be provided.

Design Assistance:
If you need help creating or modifying a design, we offer design assistance for an additional fee. Please reach out to us for more information.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of our products.
We make no guarantees about website availability, accuracy, or security.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return & Refund Policy
